Exercise Rehabilitation
Personalised exercises to improve strength, movement and function. Your programme can be progressed as you improve and is designed to be completed independently between appointments.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on treatment, including joint mobilisation and soft-tissue techniques, may be used alongside exercise and advice to help manage pain and improve movement.
Sports Massage
Standalone sports massage appointments are available for people looking for help with muscular tightness, soreness and recovery from training or activity.

Home Physiotherapy Visits in Eastbourne
If getting to the clinic is difficult, we also offer physiotherapy appointments in your own home.
Home visits are available in Eastbourne, Polegate, Pevensey, Stone Cross and Bexhill and may be particularly useful following surgery or when mobility is limited.
Home visits cost £80 and need to be arranged by telephone.

Enter The Beacon by NEXT and you'll find Foundry a few units down on the left. The clinic is located upstairs at the rear of Foundry, with lift access and an accessible toilet available nearby.
Parking is available in The Beacon multi-storey car park, the Enterprise Centre car park and around Hyde Gardens, with additional on-street parking available nearby.
