Ok, so there are times when you'll need to exercise a little willpower if you have a moment of a craving, or you reeeeeeally can't be bothered going out that run, or completing a report πŸ–₯ for work. -

But you can't rely on that all day every day. It will last about 2 hours or 2 days then you'll give up and give in... πŸ• 🚬 🍷 πŸ•Ί -

You need to have a shift in your internal control systems, something more meaningful. A deeper understanding of not just what you want to achieve - but WHY!

Don't say you want to get fitter, stop smoking or lose weight just because it sounds like the right thing to do. If it's someone else's (society's/a GPs/a Physio's πŸ‘€) goal for you, then your a ticking ⏳ πŸ’£ before you fail.

Flick that switch in your 🧠, that sees those decisions turn on their head, and then the things that you previously WANTED will now become the things that are ACTIVELY working AGAINST achieving your goals, and will instantly become less appealing.

So it's time to rationalise your thoughts, see beyond that 🍫 and how good it tastes, appreciate how hard that πŸƒ will feel, and make the decisions about the bigger picture, one that will see you achieve your goal without the torment of willpower messing you around!! πŸ’ͺ πŸ’ͺ πŸ’ͺ
